A variety of Turkish pancakes with two cheeses

A variety of Turkish pancakes with two cheeses, with tuna cheese and not too spicy Hrisa 3arbi, with meat, spinach, peppers, tomato and onions.

Ingredients

  • Dough tested for a dozen pancakes
  • 1 V lukewarm milk
  • 1 tsp baker’s yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast chemical
  • 1/4 V oil
  • 1/2 plain yoghurt
  • 1 c c salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in order and then dry with flour about 3 v and 1/2.
  2. Filling of choice, preferably prepared in advance.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then shape it into balls, which you will form directly after 5 minutes.
  4. Brush each ball halfway with the filling, slightly moistening one side of the edges.
  5. Seal the edges with a fork, bake in the pan for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. After baking, brush with olive oil with a brush, well done.
