Lemon ginger: the best drink to burn belly fat

Ingredients of the two ginger drinks:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger about 5 centimeters
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation of the ginger infusion:

  1. Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Grate the ginger and add it to the water
  3. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes
  4. Filter your infusion through a sieve or coffee filter, then add the lemon juice and honey.

Preparation of ginger water:

  1. Grate the ginger or, better yet, pass it through a juicer
  2. In a carafe, mix water, grated or juiced ginger, lemon juice and honey and put everything in the refrigerator.
