Ingredients of the two ginger drinks:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 piece of fresh ginger about 5 centimeters
- 1 squeezed lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation of the ginger infusion:
- Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Grate the ginger and add it to the water
- Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes
- Filter your infusion through a sieve or coffee filter, then add the lemon juice and honey.
Preparation of ginger water:
- Grate the ginger or, better yet, pass it through a juicer
- In a carafe, mix water, grated or juiced ginger, lemon juice and honey and put everything in the refrigerator.
There you go, your lemon ginger detox drink is ready.
