- 2 large chicken cutlets
- 2 onions

- Persi

- Sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup or other)
- 4 flatbreads (wrap, durum)
Preparation
- Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little oil. In the meantime, cut the chicken cutlets into cubes.
- When the onions are boiled down, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, add the curry and parsley. Cook over a low heat.
- When the chicken is cooked, increase the heat and remove the lid to reduce the sauce, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, add the liquid cream and a handful of grated cheese. In the middle of a flatbread, spread some sauce, place two slices of cheese on top, then the chicken pieces and finally the cheese sauce.
- To fold, fold over the shorter sides of the rectangle first, then the longer sides like a wallet.
- Place on the grill at the last moment to weld the tacos together and melt the cheese.
- You can put fries in it, but I personally serve them separately because otherwise I think they are filling and the fries will soften.
