Ingredients:.
7 chicken thighs 500 ml milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp oregano powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 bay leaves 6 pepper (whole) flour 3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1/2 teaspoon oregano (ground) 125 g wheat flour (1 cup) 60 g cornstarch (1/2 cup) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1 tsp oregano (ground) 1 tsp garlic (ground) 1 tsp red bell pepper (ground) 1 tsp onion (ground) breadcrumbs (as needed) oil (whatever is needed).
Preparation:.
1. Place the chicken thighs in a saucepan, add the milk and season with salt, black pepper powder, oregano powder, garlic powder, 2 bay leaves and 6 whole peppers. 2. Bring to medium heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes, after the minutes remove the lid and turn over to cook on this side for another 10 minutes. Then remove and set aside. 3. Put eggs, milk, salt, black pepper powder and oregano powder in a bowl, mix well and set aside. 4. Put the flour and cornstarch in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, oregano powder, garlic powder, red pepper powder and onion powder and mix well.
5. Coat the legs first in flour, then in beaten egg. 6. Finish with the breadcrumbs. 7. Fry in a frying pan with enough oil over medium heat until cooked on one side, then flip to cook on that side. 8. Once cooked through, lift onto paper towels and allow to cool. 9. Serve and enjoy.
