MINI CHOCOFLAN 😋
Ingredients
For the cream:
4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 400gr condensed milk (1 can) 200g condensed milk (1/2 can) 125ml milk
For the rusks :
2 eggs 130g sugar 175 ml oil (1/4 cup) 125 ml milk (1/2 cup) 160g flour 25g cocoa 6g baking powder
For the caramel:.
135g sugar (3/4 cup) 125ml hot water (1/2 cup).
Preparation 1. Put the eggs, vanilla essence, evaporated milk and condensed milk in a bowl. Stir well and then set aside. 2. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix well. 3. Add oil and stir. then add milk and stir to combine. 4. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and set aside.
