Ingredients:
- 1kg low-fat quark
- 2 packets of custard powder (vanilla)
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of oil (the same cup as milk)
- 200 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- A squeeze of lemon juice

3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth and homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface.
5. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the cheesecake for about 45 minutes. However, the exact baking time may vary depending on the oven, so we recommend that you check the cake regularly to make sure it is not baked too long or too short.
