Ingredients for the recipe

– 500 g small potatoes
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
– 1/4 teaspoon each of the following herbs: oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage
– 1/4 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
– 2 pinches of bell pepper
– 140 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
– 30 g of softened butter, cut into small cubes.
Preparation of the recipe.
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Clean and rinse the small potatoes. Dry them and cut them in half.
2. Heat an ovenproof pan (preferably cast iron) and add the olive oil.
3. Add the potatoes and let them cook until they appear crispy on the surface.
4. Cook the potatoes, turning frequently, until the skin is golden brown.
5. Slide the apples into a corner of the pan to make room.
Add the garlic and sauté, add the herb mixture, salt and paprika. Stir so that everything mixes well.
6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle the potatoes with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
7. Place the pan in the oven and fry the potatoes for 15 minutes.
