Delicious Blueberry Mascarpone Dessert

Ingredients:
-200 g blueberries -40 g sugar -1 squeeze lemon juice -50 ml water
-200 g mascarpone
-300 g natural yoghurt -powdered sugar, to taste
-30 g biscuit(s), (chocolate biscuits) -whipped cream, (cream)





-1 tbsp rum

Preparation:
Bring the blueberries to the boil with sugar, lemon and water and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring often, the berries should be mushy (mushy), stir in the rum and let cool.

Mix mascarpone with yoghurt until smooth, sweeten with powdered sugar if desired, coarsely crumble the biscuits and stir in, divide between dessert glasses.
Pour the cooled berry puree over the cream, decorate with whipped cream and a few blueberries, refrigerate
