Kochmethode:
- Take the cookies and grind them in a blender or by hand.
- Mix sugar with cocoa.
- Melt the butter, add the milk and a mixture of cocoa and sugar, melt the entire mixture in a steam bath, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the mixture from the water bath and add the biscuits, mix.
- Place the dough on cling film, twist it into a sausage and let it rest in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Serve cut into thin pieces.
