Kochmethode:

  1. Take the cookies and grind them in a blender or by hand.
  2. Mix sugar with cocoa.
  3. Melt the butter, add the milk and a mixture of cocoa and sugar, melt the entire mixture in a steam bath, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove the mixture from the water bath and add the biscuits, mix.
  5. Place the dough on cling film, twist it into a sausage and let it rest in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  6. Serve cut into thin pieces.


Don’t be afraid to experiment and add something of your own, improve the recipe. For example, you can add raisins, peanuts, almonds, sesame seeds…
