Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Sometimes I add salt right away (not to forget), but it’s better to add it later when the yeast works.

I mix all the ingredients well and let the steam stand in a warm place for 15 minutes. Opara should increase in volume well.
Now I add the rest of the flour, salt and knead the dough, gradually adding oil so that it does not stick to your hands.
The main thing is not to fill the dough with flour too much, then the pizza will be tender and very soft.
I let the dough rise for another 20 minutes, strain the finished dough and divide it into 2 parts.
I roll out each part into a circle about 30 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick, sprinkling the table with flour if necessary.

I spread the base for pizza on parchment, lightly grease it with olive oil (if available).

I spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the entire base.
I put thin onion rings on top of the sauce. Cut the mushrooms and tomatoes into slices and lay them out next.
I put sausage or pre-cooked chicken fillet on top and sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.
I used to make a thin net of mayonnaise on it, but now we don’t use mayonnaise in our food, and I won’t recommend it to you.
I send each pizza to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Of course, anything can be used as a pizza topping! The main thing is that it would bring you joy!
