Ultra-fluffy milk and semolina cake with vanilla and lemon flavor

Ingredients:.

200g flour

75g soft butter

100g fine semolina

200g sugar

2 large eggs

2 tbsp liquid vanilla flavoring the zest of half a lemon the juice of one lemon

330 ml milk

1 packet of baking soda.

Preparation:.

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (Th. 6).

STEP 2

Beat the softened butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well between each addition, as well as the liquid vanilla and lemon zest.

STEP 3

In a second bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and the fine semolina. Add this to the previous mixture.

STEP 4

Pour in the milk and lemon juice and gently fold in with a whisk.

STEP 5

If necessary, pour the mixture into a greased dish and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C (Th. 6).

STEP 6

Remove the cake and let it cool.
