You only need a few ingredients, and you can easily prepare it according to this guide from the YouTube channel “my delicious kitchen”.
Rosemary drink We need: 2 sprigs of rosemary

3 bay leaves
2 apples.
1.5 liters of water
1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
Procedure: We put two sprigs of rosemary in a saucepan.
We add the bay leaves.

We take the apples.
We wash them and cut them in half.
We remove the kernels.

Now we add the apples to the other ingredients in the pot.
We pour water over it.

We cook for 20 minutes, and then filter through a dense sieve.
We cut the lemon in half.

We squeeze out the juice.
We pour it into the drink.
And we also add a tablespoon of honey.

We drink it every morning on an empty stomach and in the evening.
BONUS – Dill Drink We need: Bunch of Dill
Water
1 Chinese cabbage
1 lemon
1 ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
Procedure: We cut the dill into small pieces.
We put it in a pot.

We pour water over it so that the dill is covered and put it on the stove.
We cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
We wash the Chinese cabbage and divide it into leaves.

We cut it into small pieces, put it in the blender and pour water over it.
We blend and add the juice of a lemon.
We peel the ginger, grate it and squeeze as much juice as possible through a sieve.

Finally, we add cinnamon and the strained dill broth.
