Salt cake with ham and cheese: easy, quick and delicious

Ingredients

3 eggs 170 ml milk 120 ml vegetable oil 300 g flour 16 g baking powder
40 g Parmesan
cheese salt
pepper 150g ham 150g salami




150 g cheese

Preparation

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Then add the milk, vegetable oil and flour.
Stir and add the baking soda.
When the mixture is well combined, you can add the ham, salami and cheese. Pour the mixture into a baking pan (24 or 26 cm) and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
