Salmon pie with spinach

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 rolls of puff pastry
  • 1 sprig(s) of spinach
  • 500 fillet of salmon fillet
  • 1 dill
  • Béchamel sauce
  • Some milk
  • Salt & Pepper

PREPARATION:

  • 1Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).
  • 2Defrost the spinach, prepare it with the béchamel sauce and let it cool.
  • 3Spread a puff pastry roll (with paper) on the baking sheet.
  • 4Spread the spinach in the middle.
  • 5Arrange the salmon fillets on top.
  • 6Sprinkle with dill.
  • 7Spread the second puff pastry roll on top.
  • 8Seal the edges by moistening with milk.
  • 9Gild with beaten egg yolk and form a fireplace.
  • 10Place in the oven and monitor the baking time
