INGREDIENTS:
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 1 sprig(s) of spinach
- 500 fillet of salmon fillet
- 1 dill
- Béchamel sauce
- Some milk
- Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION:
- 1Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).
- 2Defrost the spinach, prepare it with the béchamel sauce and let it cool.
- 3Spread a puff pastry roll (with paper) on the baking sheet.
- 4Spread the spinach in the middle.
- 5Arrange the salmon fillets on top.
- 6Sprinkle with dill.
- 7Spread the second puff pastry roll on top.
- 8Seal the edges by moistening with milk.
- 9Gild with beaten egg yolk and form a fireplace.
- 10Place in the oven and monitor the baking time
