- 100 g strawberry jelly
- 500 ml water
- 4 tablespoons baking powder
- 393 g condensed milk (1 can)
- 393 g condensed milk (1 can)
- 400 g evaporated milk (1 can)
- 400 g couverture
PreparationIce cream with strawberries
- Dissolve 100 g of strawberry gelatin in 500 ml of boiled water, then refrigerate.
- Add powdered milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Pour into plastic cups.
- Then leave it in the fridge until it sets, inserting a wooden handle into each jar.
- Melt the chocolate couverture in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Add the strawberry ice cream to the melted chocolate and let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy it.
