Ice cream with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 100 g strawberry jelly
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 393 g condensed milk (1 can)
  • 393 g condensed milk (1 can)
  • 400 g evaporated milk (1 can)
  • 400 g couverture

PreparationIce cream with strawberries

  1. Dissolve 100 g of strawberry gelatin in 500 ml of boiled water, then refrigerate.
  2. Add powdered milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour into plastic cups.
  5. Then leave it in the fridge until it sets, inserting a wooden handle into each jar.
  6. Melt the chocolate couverture in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Add the strawberry ice cream to the melted chocolate and let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy it.
