Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- Dumpling
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons starch
- Mozzarella
Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes, boil them and mash them.
- Then add the chopped onion, chives, parsley, pepper and salt. Stir in the starch.
- Grease your hands in oil and form balls. Fry them in oil on all sides.
