The 10-Minute No-Bake Lemon Pie

The 10-minute no-bake lemon pie is a pie that consists of a base of dry cookies and butter and topped with whipped cream, condensed milk, and lemon juice.

It is easy and quick to prepare and is ideal as a snack in between.

75 g cooled melted butter

6 Persons
Set:
1 can of condensed milk (397g)
250 ml whipped cream
4 large lemons (juice)
Base:
300 g crushed dry digestive biscuits

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and the cooled melted butter and line the bottom and edges of a cake pan with a diameter of 23 cm.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream to soft peaks and stir in the condensed milk well.
  • Add the lemon juice, stir well and pour over the crust.
  • Decorate with lemon zest.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
