Light pasta salad with chicken and yoghurt
INGREDIENTS
You need: 250 g colourful noodles 1 chicken breast fillet 1 green pepper 2 tomatoes
Spice mix for roast chicken
Salt Pepper
For the yoghurt sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cupWhite yoghurt
1/
2 lemon
Oregano
Basil Salt

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in a hot pan and set aside.
Cook the noodles normally in salted water. Finely chop the pepper and tomato.
The sauce:
Mix the sour cream and white yogurt together thoroughly in a bowl. Add oregano and basil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the juice of half a lemon (add the grated lemon zest if necessary) and stir well.
In a large bowl, add the finely chopped vegetables, chicken and noodles and pour the sauce over everything. Chill the pasta salad for at least an hour so that the flavor of all the ingredients combines well.
