Ingredients:.
– 500 gr yoghurt (4 yoghurts à 125gr) –
120 gr sugar
– 3 eggs
– 3/4 apples
– 75 gr of Maizena.
Preparation:.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a fork, quickly whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Stir in the yoghurt and then the previously sifted corn flour to avoid lumps in the dough.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the dough.
Pour the dough into a 20/22 cm mold previously buttered and floured or line the mold with baking paper.
If you have a larger shape, you can easily double the amount.
Place the cake in the oven preheated to 180°C for 45 minutes.
Wait for it to cool before removing it from the pan and enjoying. It tastes best the next day after a night in the fridge.
