2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons sugar
200 ml milk
1 lemon.
Preparation:.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add the cornstarch and milk and whisk to combine. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook with the lemon zest over low heat, stirring constantly so that lumps do not form. As soon as the cream starts to thicken, add the lemon juice.
Then remove the lemon zest. Allow to cool and use! Pour into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
