Ingredients .

2eggs

* 15cl oil

* 5cl sherry vinegar

* 1tsp hot mustard

* Chives(some)

*Salt

*Pepper

Preparation steps.

Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes in a saucepan of boiling water lightly mixed with vinegar. Cool the eggs under cold water. Peel the eggs and remove the yolks. Mash them in a bowl with a fork. Add the mustard. Gradually pour in the oil and whip the sauce like mayonnaise. Stir in the vinegar. Chop the egg whites and mix them into the sauce along with the chopped chives.
