Baked bell pepper rolls are a really quick and easy to make summer appetizer, perfect for surprising your guestsThe peppers cooked in the oven are peeled, sliced and breaded with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan and parsley, then stuffed with ham and cheese, rolled into rolls and cooked again in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. The result is crispy buns on the surface with a delicious, thread-like core.
