- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup hot water

- 2 cups flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 3 bananas
- 250ml / 8.8oz cream
- 120g/1 cup milk chocolate

METHOD
Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Stir everything together. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and place the sliced bananas inside. Pour in the prepared mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180° / 350° F.
Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil. Pour the cooked ganache on top of the cake. Sprinkle with pistachios.
