INGREDIENTS 500 g (2 cups) ricotta cheese
40 g (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
20 g (1/4 cup) potato starch
50 g chocolate chips
granulated sugar METHOD
Place ricotta, powdered sugar
, potato starch in a bowl and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan (size of the pan – 20x20cm) and bake at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
Cut the cake into cubes and decorate with powdered sugar
