INGREDIENTS 200 g almonds
200 g walnuts 200 g dark chocolate
200 g white chocolate
METHOD
- Add the walnuts and almonds to the deep fryer.
- Bake at 392ºF (200ºC) for 5 minutes.
- Place nine lagoons and almonds in a bowl of dark chocolate and mix well until all the nuts are covered in chocolate.
- Place the others in a bowl of white chocolate and repeat the process.
5. Pour the nut mixture with each chocolate into paper liners and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
