30 g gelatin

METHOD
Mix the gelatine with water and let it set.
Put the sugar in a saucepan, add water and lemon juice, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the hydrogenated gelatin to the saucepan and stir until melted. Beat until thick (about 7 minutes).
Grease a silicone mold and pour in half of the mixture.
Color the other half with red food coloring, stir and pour over the white mixture. Wait until it is firm.
Mix powdered sugar with baking soda and sprinkle over marshmallows. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
