Donuts: How to Make Them Irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
140 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
240 ml (1 cup) water;
3 eggs;
75 g (1/3 cup) butter;
1 pinch of salt;
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

METHOD
Bring water and butter to a boil over medium heat until butter melts.
Add salt and flour and stir with a spoon until a dough forms.
Add vanilla extract to the dough and beat 3 eggs one at a time while working the dough with a hand mixer.
Transfer the dough to the piping bag and poach 12 circles on baking paper.
Bake each doughnut in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
