Small chocolate vanilla creams not to be missed!

Ingredients
5 eggs 1L milk 125g chocolate 50g flour

50g butter
1 packet vanilla sugar

150g sugar
Preparation Bring
the milk to a boil.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat sugar, flour, 3 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs until fluffy.
Mix with the hot milk and put back on the stove until it almost boils.
Then add the butter ( remove from heat ).
Divide the cream into two equal parts. Put the melted chocolate in one half and the packet of vanilla sugar in the other.
Pour the creams together into a large bowl or small bowls like in my photo. Eat well chilled
