200 g powdered sugar
200 g melted butter
250 g flour

1 tbsp baking powder
15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache
150 g dark 60% baking chocolate
100 ml warm liquid cream
Zuckerglasur + Schokoladenstreusel
120 g powdered sugar + a little water
In a bowl, beat 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and stir to combine.
Then add 200 g of melted butter
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and the 250 g of flour.
Put 1/3 of the mixture in a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix.
Bake the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (same size of baking pan).
Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chocolate in pieces with the hot cream.
Then spread a layer of ganache on the first cake, position the second slice of the chocolate cake on top and repeat the process by finishing with the third slice
Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes
Prepare the glaze by gradually mixing water with powdered sugar (very little water!! drop by drop) and spread over the cake.
Sprinkle the cake with chocolate sprinkles and let it chill to enjoy!
