No bake cheesecakes have a special charm. There is an enormous variety of flavor and aroma combinations that we can use in the preparation. And one of the easiest options is whipped cream, chocolate and nuts. As simple as it is delicious! Cheesecake with cookie topper, whipped cream and chocolate!

For the top:

For the chocolate layer:

-200 g of cream cheese;

-200 g chocolate paste.

For the whipped cream layer:

-250 ml of cream for whipping cream 33%;

-50 g of powdered sugar;

-200 g cream cheese.

For decoration:

-3 spoons of chocolate paste;

-75 g of nuts.

We prepared the cheesecake in a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 15 x 25 cm.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Prepare the top: Crush the cookies with the blender.

2.Grind the nuts with the blender.

  1. Mix cookies and nuts. Add the melted butter. Mix very well. You should get a moist, crumbly mixture that holds its shape well when squeezed into a fist.
  2. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment paper and the walls with acetate foil. We placed the pan directly on the plate where we served the cheesecake.
  3. Transfer the biscuit mixture to the prepared dish. Spread it evenly and press down well with the spoon and bottom of a jar to get a compact top.
  4. Place the top in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the chocolate mass: Place the cream cheese and chocolate paste in a deep bowl. Blend with a blender until smooth.
  6. Transfer the obtained composition to the baking sheet. Spread it evenly. Chill the cheesecake.
  7. Prepare the whipped cream composition: beat the whipped cream (cold, just taken out of the refrigerator) and powdered sugar until stiff peaks appear, gradually increasing the speed of the blender.
  8. Add the cream cheese. Mix first with the spatula and then blend with the blender on low speed.
  9. Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the chocolate.
  10. Grind 75 g of walnuts with a blender. Sprinkle them over the surface of the cheesecake.
  11. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 6 hours to stabilize.

14.Remove the form and acetate film around it. Unify the edges with the help of a spatula or scraper so that they are smooth and beautiful.

  1. Decorate the surface with chocolate paste by using the bag.
  2. Portion and serve the cheesecake with a lot of pleasure!
