CLEANING A BURNT POT
To get started, prepare the necessary equipment : you will first need a larger pot in which you can immerse the burnt pot.
Make sure the largest pot is large enough to hold the entire burnt pot . You will also need water , washing powder , a potato , salt , baking powder , baking soda , 240 grit sandpaper , running water , liquid detergent and a sponge .
As a first step , fill the largest pot with water . Place the burnt pot inside the larger pot and fill this one with water as well. Make sure there is enough water to completely cover the burnt pot.

Now turn on the stove : place the largest pot on the lit stove and let the water reach the boiling point . The hot water will help soften the burnt deposits on the pan.
Once this is done, add the washing powder . Once the water reaches the boiling point , add some washing powder directly to the burnt pot. This will help break down the encrustations and remove them more easily. Leave everything to act for the necessary time, perhaps a few hours.
