Fresh calypso cake that always succeeds
Ingredients:
- For the batter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- for the topping
- 2 cups cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans of tangerines
- 100 g Calypso Instant Mix Orange
for garnish
- 120 g yoghurt
Preparation:
1. Drain the tangerines. Make a batter from the ingredients listed and pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Now bake the crust for 30 minutes at 170 °C. Allow to cool.
2. Then place a cake edge around the base. For the topping, stir sour cream and spread on the base. Spread the tangerines on top.
3. At night, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the powdered drink and spread the cream on top of the tangerines.
Now just grate the chocolate and sprinkle it on the cake.
