Ingredients:
For the dough
250 g low-fat quark
100 g grated cheese (Gouda…)
3 eggs
salt, pepper
For the sauce
12 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
4.5 tbsp cucumber water
1-11/2 tsp mustard
salt, pepper, paprika powder
For the filling
250 g minced beef
2-3 slices of processed cheese, cheddar, Gouda, etc.
Iceberg lettuce – leaves
Cherry tomatoes or tomatoes
Pickles or cucumber
1-2 onions
Oil for frying

Preparing the dough
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top/bottom heat).
Mix the quark with the grated cheese and the eggs well. Season with salt and pepper.
Take a regular baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Pour the dough on top and spread thinly.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
