Gâteau Castella: The recipe for the juiciest dessert ever.

Ingredients: 70 g flour

70 g Butter

67 gr milk

4 egg yolks

1 pinch of salt

6 g honey

2 gr vanilla extract

4 egg whites

73 g of sugar.

The directions:.

Melt the butter in the milk and add the egg yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract. Add the flour as well. Then beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the rest of the mixture. Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 17 cm and place in a pot of water. Bake in the oven at 280°F (140°) for 15 minutes and at 300°F (150°) for an additional 50 minutes.
