Ingredients

245 grams of milk

75 grams of sugar

1 vanilla bean(s) 2 + 1 egg yolk(s)

22 grams of corn.

Jam and powdered sugar for dusting

Bring 225 g milk to a boil with 40 g sugar and the sliced vanilla pod

– Beat 35 g sugar with the egg yolks until fluffy, add corn flour and 20 g milk

– pour the first mixture over it and let everything thicken again

– filter and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

– make a star with eight points in the middle of the dough

– the dough on the tart

-Lay crown mold –

spread the confectioner’s cream on the dough –

Place 8 half apricots on top of the cream

– the spikes of the star on the edge of the tart

-dough (as in the photos in your head)

– brush the dough with an egg yolk.

– bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes

– spread the apricots with jam of your choice to give them shine

– dust with powdered sugar
