Ingredients
100 ml milk
80 g 00 flour
5 apples
25 g stevia sweetener (or alternatively, 50 g regular or cane sugar)
25 g butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coffee baking powder for cakes
Vanilla
Icing sugar according to preference

Preparation
To start, crack the eggs into a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar) and vanilla, then beat everything using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Now add the milk, melted butter and mix your preparation using a hand whisk.
Then add the flour and continue mixing until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Now take your apples, peel them, cut them in half, then after removing the seeds and core, cut them into relatively thin slices.
Then, mix your preparation again, then add the yeast and lemon juice, and mix well to incorporate them with the other ingredients.
Once this is done, pour some of the apples into the mixture, mix, then pour in all the rest, and mix again.
Take a rectangular dish, butter it, flour it, then transfer the tart preparation to it, and using a spatula, spread the apples on the surface (if you wish, pour 25 g of butter faded over).
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Once the tart is ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool, unmold it, place it upside down on a plate, sprinkle it with icing sugar according to your preference, and serve it.
