Ingredients
1 bunch of spring onion
1 onion
500 g Mushrooms
500 g Spaghetti
Salt and pepper
200 ml vegetable broth
200 g Doppelrahmfrischkäse
Vi bunch of thyme fresh or some dried thyme
2 tbsp butter for frying
Preparation
Cut the spring onions into fine rings, finely dice the onion.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the diced onions in it.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the broth and stir in the cream cheese, cook for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the thyme leaves and add to the sauce with the spring onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
