How to Silver Dollar Pancake Makes

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.

in the middle of the flour. Add milk, butter, vanilla extract and egg.
Step 3 Mix the ingredients until
the dough is smooth and mostly lump-free. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 4 Heat
a non-stick skillet over low-medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter. Add 1/4 cup of the batter to the pan and smooth out the batter to form a round shape. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. The bottom should be golden brown. Gently turn and bake until golden brown, then place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining dough.
