Ingredients:

  • sour cream 20% – 500 grams
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Mehl – 3 EL.
  • Sugar – 180 grams
  • Lemon zest – a little
  • Vanillin – 2 grams
  • Butter – 250 grams (room temperature)

Preparation of a delicate cream:

Mix the sour cream, eggs, zest, flour, sugar and vanilla, put in a double boiler and cook until thickened, then cool completely.
