4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup whipped cream

Preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and keep both.
In a large bowl,
whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until the mixture turns pale and fluffy.
Add the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest and stir until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and form egg whites.
Carefully add the beaten egg whites to the
egg yolk mixture and gently fold in with a spatula until smooth.
